❯ What happens if I do not cancel my trial period?

You have to cancel the trial period within the trial, if you don't want to continue the subscription.

Otherwise, the subscription automatically changes to a fee-based annual subscription.

After activating the annual subscription, you still have 14 days to revoke the contract.
