❯ Why was money deducted from my account even though I canceled on time?

This is probably because there was an overlap in time between your cancellation and the activation of the annual subscription.
Or another subscription was accidentally taken out under a different e-mail address that you no longer have on the screen.

Technical transmission errors can of course also be a cause.
In such cases, we will check your account and of course reverse the debits if the deadlines have been met.
